My First Book Review: Judith McNaught - Something Wonderful
I might have read almost thousand books, but this is my first review ever. I rarely feel the need to write a review before, since lots of people have written their reviews. Whenever I finished a book, I just give my rating in goodsread.com for that book, in case other people are looking for books with good rating. But for this one, I feel the obligation to write one.
Something Wonderful is really something wonderful.
Basically this is just a simple story that is beautifully written and plotted. Judith McNaught-Something Wonderful's writing is so alluring that it will be hard for you to put the book down since the first couple of pages you read. The character of the hero and heroin develop slowly as the pages turn, make you connected and understand the whole picture of the story.
The book left a happy feeling when you finished reading it. It's like you keep remembering parts of the story and playing it in your mind like a scene in a movie.
I love how the book's synopsis isn't clearly give the readers (in this point: me) what they about to read, so I won't give any spoiler for this one because it's so much better if you read it without any hint.
